Will be responsible for the sales of our services to small, medium sized local businesses and professionals.   • Researching various tax issues
  • Data entry using professional tax software
  • Compiling of various supporting schedules and worksheets
  • Assist in preparation of federal and state tax returns for businesses, trusts, estates, gifts and individuals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting or related degree
  • Good interviewing and listening skills, able to take notes, document client's work, expenses, investments and educate clients about changes in tax laws
  • Team player with strong analytical skills and are committed to providing excellent client service
  • Strong attention to detail and exactness
  • Able to work flexible work schedules including evenings and weekends during tax season

BOOKKEEPING SERVICES GROUP: QuickBooks Specialists

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monthly/quarterly close process including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Journal Entries
  • General ledger maintenance, analysis and reconciliation
  • Accounts Receivable Aging, Accounts Payable-Invoicing, Billing and Account reconciliation
  • Perform bank reconciliations and fixed assets maintenance
  • Administration of budgeting, cost accounting & financial analysis
  • Preparation of sales tax and property tax returns
  • General bookkeeping
  • Miscellaneous projects as and when required by management 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with an Accounting major or equivalent

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review for general accuracy and enter payroll data as provided by assigned clients
  • Process and package payroll to be delivered as prescribed by client
  • Field client calls and questions regarding payroll issues
  • Make adjustments as necessary to service client's payroll needs
  • Assist with tax reporting and remittance
  • Respond to tax agencies regarding client tax notices and penalties as needed
  • Assist with benefit deduction and record administration

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years hands on experience in payroll tax returns, regulations and processing

Social Media Web Specialist

The web content specialist will be responsible for developing, acquiring, organizing, and editing content for our website, social networks and blogs to accelerate our visibility in the market. Content will be developed to attract online audiences needed to accomplish business goals to our organization. The web content specialist will have the following responsibilities.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage properties on popular social networking websites such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Flickr, YouTube, etc. This would be for both internal & external requirements to tell a story and disseminate content using text, image, or audio.
  •  Recognize story opportunities and develop content to make them human and interesting.
  • Create multiple interrelated ways for web content to be accessed.
  • Understand the business goal of content. Develop metrics to determine how articles, tweets, video, etc. are generating visitors, leads, and customers.
  • Attract internal contributing writers and procure relevant content from them.
  •  Ensure that content is relevant to the specified audience.
  • See that content is consistently delivered at agreed upon deadlines and intervals.

DUTIES:

  • Work with the managers to understand personas to create relevant content.
  • Work with staff to acquire content for social outlets that exposes our business’s culture
  • Work with outside sources to acquire relevant content.
  • Develop and communicate the processes for how content is to be collected, updated, and managed form sources both inside and outside the company.

BASIC  QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design or related degree, or currently in school
  • Excellent ability to coach other people
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proven success in utilizing social networking and collaboration technologies; prior professional experience in social media execution is required
  • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Active in the blogosphere and have an understanding of blogging
  • Etiquette (preferably you will write your own blog)
  • Good understanding of the digital environment and the opportunities for using social media and online PR to support marketing objectives
  • Experience running social media for online PR campaigns for brand-owners is desirable

  •  International experience would be an advantage

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in HTML, XHTML, and CSS 2.0
